Precision Systems, Inc. introduces new leadership team
focused on growth and expansion

Horsham, PA. – Precision Systems, Inc. (PSI), a leader in mission-critical and safety-critical software development, has announced a newly appointed management team. The company continues to prioritize its core values and long-lasting identity, while focusing on company-wide client satisfaction and growth.

For the past 40+ years, PSI has been in the heart of the Greater Philadelphia Area, serving clients both locally and throughout the world, providing high-quality software solutions in the medical device, industrial and government sectors.  Susan and Walter Johnson, Founders of PSI, are thrilled to introduce the newest members of PSI’s management and leadership team.

“As the CEO of Precision Systems, I am excited and extremely proud of the dedicated team at PSI. As we grow, we will continue to focus on our core values as a company while maintaining our identity and our quality. Employee satisfaction is key to our success, for it is the employee that is front and center to the client providing high-quality software solutions and systems.  This concept is exemplified by the leadership of the new management team,” says Susan Johnson.

In addition to Susan Johnson, CEO and Walter Johnson, President, joining the PSI management team are:

Casandra Mann, MBA, Vice President, Operations responsible for driving company strategy and continually improving day-to-day operations in addition to executing PSI’s expansion plan by strengthening client relationships and further building a recognizable brand as a leader in high-reliability software engineering.

Timothy Stepp, Vice President, Software Engineering responsible for executing PSI’s expansion plan at the engineering-level: hiring and training new resources, continually expanding PSI’s technical capabilities, and ensuring projects are successfully delivered, client objectives are being met, and resources are properly allocated.

Jordan Scott, Chief Technology Officer responsible for bringing new technologies into the organization to improve efficiencies as well as provide technical guidance for internal resources and clients.

David Abramson, Chief Software Architect responsible for devising complex software designs and architectures in addition to training and educating internal resources on software design and engineering best practices.

A Focus on Growth and Expansion through Client and Employee Satisfaction

PSI’s core management team will focus on expanding the organization in several key areas: talent development, talent acquisition, service offerings, and clientele. Over the past year, PSI has realized a 20% increase in earnings and nearly 25% hiring growth. Turnover has been minimal and client retention high as PSI continues to build the business upon employee-first and family-oriented values.

“I think the main reason we excel in retaining employees is due to the culture Sue and Walt have created here,” said Casandra Mann, VP Operations. “They take the time to assess each employee’s individual needs and respond accordingly. People appreciate being seen and heard and there’s no shortage of that at PSI. When management repeatedly says, ‘Your health and family come first,’ removing that pressure of having to de-prioritize incredibly important aspects of your life over your job or work, that goes a long way. That’s why we have employees that have been with us 15 or 20 plus years and very, very low turnover.”

PSI’s goal in expanding is to reach more companies in need of highly capable software engineers that understand the importance of designing and building a system that cannot risk failure. PSI is positioned to help develop new and emerging technologies as well as support and maintain current and legacy products, PSI’s leadership is looking forward to expanding their reach and services.
