HYBRID THERMAL PROCESS AND LOGIC CONTROLLER
This controller is a windows-based designer software tool that operates over Ethernet, making it easy to configure the logic controller and operator interface for a process and safety automation controller. The system is utilized from thermal control in boilers, furnaces, kilns, and dryers to unit processing in chemical, pharmaceutical, bio-fuel, pilot-plant and other applications. PSI was involved in the development of a tool used to configure a general purpose process control system as well as updated GUI elements in a ‘drag and drop’ environment which allows the user to tailor each aspect of the process they wish to monitor and control.
